I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to provide me with all the necessary information about transportation and even helped me during a major event, such as a typhoon. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The food available was also fantastic, with a great variety suitable for different tastes. The location of the hotel may not be in the typical tourist area, but there is a convenient shuttle service that takes you to and from the city.

The shuttle service to Universal Studios and Osaka station was a lifesaver, always punctual and convenient. We also loved the well-equipped gym and pool, perfect for a workout or relaxation. The breakfast was standard but satisfying.

Located close to the port and easily accessible via Nakafuto Tram station, this hotel is a great choice for those who want to stay away from the crowded city center. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus service to the nearby music festival and is conveniently located in the surrounding area of Umeda station. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and clean towels. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, making the overall service excellent. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious food options and the air purifiers in each room are a nice touch.

The gym and pool could have longer opening hours, closing earlier than the suggested time made it hard to use after a long day exploring the city.
